When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 3–5 days. Weekends and holidays may extend preparation time. Delivery time is additional. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs
Free shipping is available on eligible orders of $50 or more under our current automatic shipping promotion. Available shipping methods, discount eligibility, and final charges appear at checkout.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Email info@malikahaircare.com before sending anything back. We will provide instructions for approved returns. Customers pay return shipping for ordinary approved returns; Malika covers approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection; your payment provider may need additional processing time.
